Schiller Augustin has been a chef for over 25 years. He has worked in some of Boston's most prestigious four star Hotel's and restaurant's: Park Plaza, Parker House, Ritz Carlton, with Executive chefs like Jean Motts, Jean Claude Cavalier, and the late Julia Childs to name a few.
Chef
John Monteiro has also been a chef for over 20 years. He has worked at
the West Palm Beach Hotel, Sheraton Boston, Copley Plaza and the Boston
Harbor Hotel, where he worked under Executive Chef Daniel Bruce for the
last 12 years.
